hello, my name is N.Fadel, and as i have previously enonciated, i think there is an inconsistency on the number system applied by i think most if not all "fulani" number systems i have seen up to today, and yours too do not make an exception, but as i said, although i am of fulani mother tongue, i do not really consider my self to be a fully fullani native speaker, thus i may be wrong. here is my argument

where ever i search for fullani numbers, i always find it in the form
1 (𞥑) go’o
2 (𞥒) didi, ɗiɗi
3 (𞥓) tati,
4 (𞥔) nai, nayi,
5 (𞥕) jui, joyi,
6 (𞥖) jegeo,
7 (𞥗) je didi,
8 (𞥘) je tati,
9 (𞥙) je nai,
10 (𞥑𞥐) sappo,
11 (𞥑𞥑) sappo e go’o
12 (𞥑𞥒) sappo e ɗiɗi
13 (𞥑𞥓) sappo e tati
14 (𞥑𞥔) sappo e nayi,
15 (𞥑𞥕) sappo e joyi,
16 (𞥑𞥖) sappo e jeegom,
17 (𞥑𞥗) sappo e jeeɗiɗi,

An i, as a physics student who has had to learn number theory, i am not convinced of that, because the above system is a decimal system (a number system that uses a notation in which each number is expressed in base 10 by using one of the first nine integers or 0 in each place and letting each place value be a power of 10 and in which the basic units increase by powers of 10)

but according to my linguistic interpretation of the numbers, the fullani system is rather a complex-base 5 sytem, to simplify it, we may call it a biquinary number system just as what is found in Wolof and Khmer. Roman numerals are an early biquinary system. The numbers 1, 5, 10, and 50 are written as I, V, X, and L respectively. Seven is VII, and seventy is LXX.
Quinary (a numeral system with five as the base). The difference here is that latin is a decimal language with quinary symbolic numbers, while fullani is a quinary language with a biquinary positional number sytem, but in most cases, we wanna use a decimal symbolic number system. and i think, just as the latin had to finaly adopt a decimal symbolic which best suits its decinal language, perhabs fullani has to adopts a quinary (biquinary) symbolic that best suits its language structure.

Bi-quinary coded decimal is a numeral encoding scheme used in many abacuses and in some early computers, including the Colossus. The term bi-quinary indicates that the code comprises both a two-state (bi) and a five-state (quinary) component. The encoding resembles that used by many abacuses, with four beads indicating the five values either from 0 through 4 or from 5 through 9 and another bead indicating which of those ranges (which can alternatively be thought of as +5).

from 0 to 5 it is a quinary system,
0- (.) Hondé
hondé from honndu meaning thumb or finger
1- (𞥑) Go’o 𞤺𞤮𞥇𞤮 :
2- (𞥒) ɗiɗi 𞤯𞤭𞤯𞤭 :
3- (𞥓) Tati 𞤼𞤢𞤼𞤭 :
4- (𞥔) Nayi 𞤲𞤢𞤴𞤭 :
5- (𞥕) Joyi 𞤶𞤮𞤴𞤭 :

all numbers above five are at base five, an example to this is
6- Jee-go’o 𞤶𞤫𞥅-𞤺𞤮𞥇𞤮 : jee-go'o; jee from joyi standing for the base, ie: 5 and go'o being the unit ie 2 thus having 5 plus 1 giving six
in this case, we should not have a symbolic representation as (𞥖), i have already workd on the symbologic notation, and already takled some natural, integers and rational numbers with it with some ease if i may add, but i havent yet rendered it digital, so for the moment it only exist on a notebook of mine.

let me know if and where i am wrong. thanks and big up!
